Dr. Edward Johnston

Dr. Edward H. (Bud) Johnston is a native of the South Plains having grown up on a farm in western Lubbock county. A graduate of Lubbock Coronado High School he matriculated to Tarleton State University. With collegiate degrees from both Tarleton and Texas A&M he graduated with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from A&M in 1981. He has been a mixed animal practitioner ever since. He currently serves on the board of directors for Breedlove Foods Inc. He currently resides in Lubbock, Texas while practicing in Plainview, Texas. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, and supporting the activities of his 6 children.

Dr. Carol Adams

After graduating with honors from University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Adams worked in a mixed animal practice, and a busy small animal practice, in Florida. Following the birth of her two children, Dr. Adams later went back to work as a Relief Veterinarian, providing veterinary services for multiple veterinary clinics in New Mexico. Dr. Adams joined Dr. Johnston at Central Plains Veterinary Clinic in 2007, and has remained here since that time, providing for the medical and surgical needs of pets in Plainview and surrounding areas. She enjoys spending her free time Eventing with her horse Guinness.
